Dear friends,
My name is Liristi Sophia, come from the Acritic island of Karpathos where the tradition and preservation of traditional dishes dominate. As you know, we live in the time where food goes through several stages of processing, so we need to be as informed as possible about what we eat. We have the commitment to our children and to the future generations. My love of creating in conjunction with my studies in bakery and confectionary at “Le Monde School” pushed me to set up a pastry lab as tradition dictates and always focus on high quality.
